At Montrose Molders, we are committed to providing molded parts, assemblies, and services that meet or exceed our customers' expectations and requirements on time, and to continually improve the effectiveness of our Quality Management System.
Our Quality Department and lab is staffed to not only monitor day to day product quality but to continuously monitor and improve production process quality. Scrap and other inefficiencies are documented and monitored continuously to identify where improvements are needed. All of our processes are monitored throughout all three shifts by Quality staff in accordance with our customer's drawings and specifications. When there are no drawings or specifications provided by the customer, we develop our own documented inspection procedures by working with the customer.
